Dinner Entrée Options

Served with family-style ciabatta bread rolls and Caesar salad (organic romaine and shaved parmesan with focaccia croutons on side)

Braised Short Ribs - slow braised boneless short ribs over white cheddar mashed potatoes with roasted vegetables

Chicken Supreme - organic chicken breast stuffed with genoa salami, smoked bacon, provolone and herbs with roasted red potatoes and vegetables

Braised Trout - fresh caught local trout braised in white wine and herbs, served with basmati rice and roasted vegetables

Eggplant Parmesan - organic eggplant layered with roasted vegetables, four cheeses and marinara (Vegetarian)

Dessert -

Salted Caramel Budino - a light Italian pudding with hints of butterscotch, topped with a layer of caramel and Jacobsen sea salt
